Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect based in Manjeri. The Architect will be responsible for designing and developing architectural plans, managing projects, and ensuring seamless integration of systems within architectural frameworks. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with clients, overseeing project implementation, coordinating with teams, and ensuring the effective execution of design solutions that meet client requirements and objectives.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong understanding of creative and functional design principles
- Skills in Software Development and Integration, with the ability to integrate and utilize relevant tools in architectural project.
- Ability to work with ai in architecture design
- Competence in Project Management, ensuring efficient coordination, planning, and execution of multiple projects
- Attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and exceptional communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; relevant certifications or licensure is a plus
- Experience in sustainable and innovative design practices is an advantage
