This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Ranchi. The Architect will oversee architectural designs and ensure seamless integration in construction projects. Responsibilities include developing architectural plans, managing design software tools, collaborating with engineers, supervising project execution, and overseeing timelines to ensure successful project completion.

• Competency in Architectural Design and overall Architecture expertise
• Familiarity with Software Development and Integration related to design tools
• Strong Project Management skills, including the ability to manage timelines and team coordination
• Proficiency in using architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to customize designs per client preferences
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Experience in construction projects or residential building design is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
