Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect located in Ranchi. The Architect will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction and renovation of buildings. Daily tasks include creating detailed architectural drawings, developing project plans, collaborating with engineers and construction managers, and ensuring all designs comply with regulatory standards. The Architect will coordinate with clients to customize designs that meet their specific needs and preferences.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Experience of 1-2 yrs with Project Management and overseeing construction projects
• Proficiency in Software Development and Integration related to architectural tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience in residential projects is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
