Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore/Erode for an Architect position. The Architect will be responsible for overseeing architectural design projects from conception to completion, collaborating with clients to understand their needs, and creating architectural plans that align with those requirements. The role includes ensuring the integration of design functionalities, managing project timelines, and coordinating with construction and engineering teams to execute projects successfully.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Experience in Project Management to oversee planning, execution, and delivery
• Knowledge of 3D rendering
• Strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with teams and clients
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in relevant design and architectural software tools
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
