Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role located in Kerala, India. The Architect will be tasked with planning, designing, and overseeing architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet functional, aesthetic, and sustainability standards. Responsibilities include drafting architectural designs, developing solutions for technical challenges, coordinating interdisciplinary teams for project integration, and managing project timelines and deliverables. The role requires collaboration with clients to understand their vision and translating it into innovative designs while maintaining Tat Atelier's commitment to minimalism and thoughtful design.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong focus on conceptualizing innovative and minimalistic spaces.
• Experience in Software Development or familiarity with architecture-related software for design and modeling.
• Skills in Integration and the ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Strong Project Management capabilities to oversee timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills, as well as a thorough understanding of sustainability in architecture.
• Professional degree in Architecture or a related field; prior experience in global or multicultural environments is a plus.
