Job Description

Role & responsibilities

To assist in feasibility study of projects.
To prepare presentation drawings for concepts based on project requirements.
To prepare documents and drawings required by various statutory bodies /government agencies.
To prepare good for construction - detailed layouts & plans for projects under supervision of senior architect.
To prepare drawing & related documents required by Marketing Department for printing brochures.
To visit sites and ensure that the work is being done as per drawings.
To prepare as built drawings and maintain proper documents.
Maintenance of records pertaining to drawings.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification - B. Arch, M.Arch
Experience - 8 - 13 years
