Required Skills & Competencies
Core Technical Skills
- Strong architecture background across cloud, microservices, API ecosystems, and data architecture.
- Advanced understanding of LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and evaluation frameworks.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, semantic caching, chunking strategies, and retrieval tuning.
- Deep knowledge of both traditional ML and modern GenAI approaches.
Architecture & Governance Skills
- TOGAF-certified or strong working knowledge of enterprise architecture practices.
- Experience in creating Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), system context maps, solution blueprints, and capability models.
- Proven ability to enforce non-functional requirements across security, scalability, and cost governance
Leadership & Consulting Skills
- Strong stakeholder communication and ability to influence C-level discussions
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring engineering pods
- Consulting mindset with depth in requirement elicitation, solution shaping, and road mapping
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's/master's in computer science, Engineering, AI, or related disciplines
- TOGAF, Cloud Architect Certifications (Azure/AWS/GCP) preferred
- Generative AI, ML, or LLMOps certifications are a plus
