Role Description The Architect role at Skillyak Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts and detailed designs that integrate sustainability, upcycling principles, and functional requirements across residential, commercial, and community projects. Day-to-day tasks include preparing drawings and 3D models, coordinating with interior and landscape design teams, and collaborating with consultants and contractors to ensure design intent and quality standards are met. The role involves reviewing site conditions, conducting feasibility studies, and supporting project planning, budgeting, and timelines. The Architect will also contribute to design-led training and consulting initiatives, supporting Skillyak's broader mission of creativity, innovation, and environmental responsibility.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to create sustainable, functional, and aesthetically compelling spaces.
• Experience in Project Management, including planning, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and overseeing design execution from concept to completion.
• Understanding of Software Development and Integration concepts as they relate to design tools, digital workflows, and technology-enabled architectural solutions.
• Proficiency in design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM tools) and familiarity with green building standards or sustainable design practices.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or eligibility is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, conduct site visits, and collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to environmentally responsible design.
• Experience or interest in upcycling, circular design, or community-focused projects is highly beneficial.
