Role Description The Architect role at AB Architects & Planners is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings and 3D models, and coordinating interior and architectural design elements for residential, commercial, and institutional projects. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with the design team, meeting with clients to understand requirements, preparing design presentations, and ensuring that designs comply with relevant codes and standards. The role also involves coordinating with consultants and contractors, supporting site visits, and assisting in project documentation and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and design detailing.
• Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration as they relate to design tools and workflows (e.g., integrating BIM or CAD software into project processes).
• Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and monitoring project progress.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and MS Office tools is beneficial.
• A professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution and eligibility for registration/licensure as per local regulations are preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality design and execution.
• Experience with residential, commercial, or institutional projects and familiarity with local building codes and standards in India is an advantage.
