Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect position located in Malappuram. The Architect will be responsible for leading the design and development of architectural projects, from conception to execution. Day-to-day tasks include creating architectural designs, integrating technologies into designs, managing project timelines, and collaborating with clients, contractors, and team members to deliver high-quality projects. The Architect will also oversee project management processes and ensure compliance with design and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Experience in Project Management, including planning and executing projects within deadlines
• Knowledge of Software Development and Integration as related to architectural processes
• Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Familiarity with sustainable and eco-friendly design practices
• Professional certifications and proficiency with architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit,sketch up,lumion,3DsMax) are a plus
