Job Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore and Pune

Role Overview

The ServiceNow Architect will lead the design, architecture, and governance of a new greenfield ServiceNow platform. This role ensures that all modulesITSM Pro Plus, SPM, IRM, ITOM+AIOps, ITAM, Workflow Data Fabric, and Enterprise Architectureare implemented in line with best practices, integrated with enterprise tools, and designed for scalability, automation, and measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Define end-to-end ServiceNow target architecture and ensure alignment with enterprise IT strategy.

Lead CMDB design and service mapping to provide a centralized, accurate, and integrated source of truth across IT and business services.

Assess existing ITAM/ISAM tools and observability initiatives; recommend integrated ServiceNow approach vs. fragmented tools.

Design solutions for RPA workflow migration (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) into ServiceNow Data Fabric.

Establish AI and AIOps automation strategies to reduce L1 support load.

Create business case, ROI model, and phased roadmap with timeline to value realization.

Oversee technical delivery, integrations (e.g., AD, Azure AD, JIRA, Finance systems, monitoring tools), and compliance with best practices.

Mentor developers, analysts, and QA teams to ensure consistent design principles.

Skills and Experience

12+ years IT architecture, 8+ years in ServiceNow enterprise delivery.

Expertise in ITSM Pro Plus, ITOM, ITAM, IRM, and CMDB best practices.

Experience in greenfield implementations and complex enterprise rollouts.

Knowledge of AI agents, AIOps, and workflow automation.

Proven ability to create executive-level business cases, ROI assessments, and roadmaps.

Excellent communication skills and knowledge of agile processes.
