Job Description

Swift Timing General IST (10 AM to 7PM)

• Architect and optimize ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Knowledge).
• Define platform standards, governance, and integration strategies.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party tools.
• Oversee platform upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure compliance with ITIL processes.
