Designation: Architect Sales Executive
Primary Responsibility: To develop and manage relationships with architects, interior designers, and consultants across India, driving product specification and increasing brand presence in projects.
Reporting to: Manager
Required Skills: Good Communication Skill, Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting tools, Knowledge of distribution models and retail dynamics, Ability to work independently, Analytical mindset with a focus on execution, Basic knowledge of pricing, margins, GST, and invoicing, Good telephone etiquette and convincing ability, Learning attitude and result-oriented mindset.
Key Result Areas
Internal:
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and consultants
Ensure product specification in ongoing and upcoming projects
Identify new project opportunities through architects and consultants
Generate leads and convert them into business
Track upcoming residential, commercial, and institutional projects
Arrange sample submissions and follow-ups for approvals
Maintain daily/weekly visit reports
Update CRM with project and client details
Track target vs achievement
External:
Conduct regular site visits, office meetings, and presentations
Ensure smooth execution of orders and project supply
Follow up for project closures and timely deliveries
Evaluation Criteria:
Internal: Every Month and Every Quarter through Specific Formats and check CRM Software Update
External: Through Daily activity monitoring Sheet for Sales VS Actual , No of Customer vs Actual Achievements
Education Qualification: Any Graduate (BBA, BCom, BA, BSc preferred)
Work Experience: Fresher / Entry-level candidate
Working Hours: 9.30 AM- 6.00 PM
Location: Rajkot
Compensation & Benefits:
Fixed salary + performance-based incentive
