Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Mumbai. The Architect will be responsible for creating and developing architectural designs, collaborating with teams to integrate solutions, managing projects, and ensuring the seamless execution of designs. The role also involves coordinating with clients and stakeholders, adhering to regulatory requirements, and delivering high-quality, contextually relevant architectural solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Management, overseeing all project phases from conceptualisation to execution.
• Working knowledge of Software and Integration to incorporate modern technology into architectural projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective coordination with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of local building codes, standards, and regulations in Mumbai is an asset.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) is preferred.
