Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Architect & Interior Designer based in South Mumbai. The role involves designing sustainable architectural projects and interiors, creating innovative solutions in line with environmental best practices, and managing architectural design workflows from concept to execution. The candidate will collaborate with clients and team members to ensure projects align with sustainable design principles and client specifications.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Interior Design with a strong understanding of sustainable and eco-friendly construction techniques, interior work.
• Experience in Project Management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
• Knowledge of Software Development and Integration as relevant to architectural tools and design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field; a professional license is a plus.
• Experience in green building practices and environmental design is highly preferred.
