Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Chennai. The Architect will be responsible for designing innovative and functional structures, developing architectural plans, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include site visits, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and integrating design concepts with construction practices to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design with a strong understanding of design principles, spatial planning, and materials.
• Experience with Project Management and overseeing construction phases to ensure timely project completion.
• Familiarity with Integration and Software Development concepts for coordinating digital architectures and related tools.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are crucial.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools is desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field is required; a master's degree or professional certification is a plus.
