This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect located in Navi Mumbai. The Architect will be responsible for designing and planning new construction projects, preparing detailed drawings and models, and ensuring that projects comply with all relevant codes and regulations. They will work closely with project managers, construction teams, and clients to deliver projects on time and within budget. The Architect will also be involved in the selection of materials and oversee the construction process to ensure quality and efficiency.

• Proficiency in architectural design and planning
• Experience with preparing detailed drawings and models using CAD software
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and compliance standards
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to work closely with different teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field; relevant certifications are a plus
• Experience in residential and commercial construction is advantageous
