Architect

The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to construct clear 2d & 3d drawings. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed.

Responsibilities:

• Create plans, Architectural working drawings & interior drawings as per project
• 3d modelling & visualisation skills is a must.
• Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards
• Oversee and make sure execution is done as per design
• Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets

Qualifications:

• Expertise in Architecture and Interior Design
• Work experience of 1 years or more
• Strong Project Management skills
• Proficiency in Software Development and Integration
• Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience with residential & commercial projects
• Experience with BIM & computational design will be a plus
• Bachelor's degree in architecture
