Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Raipur for a Junior Architect. The role involves supporting architectural design projects, assisting in the development of design concepts, creating detailed drawings and plans, and integrating requirements from clients and project guidelines. The Junior Architect will manage project workflows, and ensure design solutions are practical, innovative, and delivered according to project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Architecture, including drafting, technical drawing, and design presentations.
• Proficiency in Architectural Design and the ability to translate concepts into refined designs.
• Knowledge of Software Development and Integration for tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other related platforms.
• Experience in Project Management, including the ability to coordinate with teams, manage timelines, and ensure proper communication of design goals.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a focus on functional and aesthetic design.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Past experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality architecture projects will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with sustainable design practices and local building codes is a plus.
