Duties and Responsibilities:-
- Review drawings and relevant documents received from external consultants and finalize GFC drawings.
- End-to-end coordination between consultants including Architectural, RCC, MEP, MOEF, CFO, and statutory authorities.
- Provide architectural and technical support to the Liaison Team for approvals and compliance.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and agencies to collate design and technical data.
- Conduct on-site meetings, consultant meetings, and design review sessions.
- Prepare project status reports and minutes of meetings (MOM).
- Prepare and analyze design, structure specifications, materials, finishes, colors, equipment, cost estimates, and timelines.
- Guide consultants and contractors to ensure adherence to approved designs.
- Plan, allocate, and monitor work of team members for timely completion.
- Ensure compliance with design standards, quality benchmarks, and statutory requirements.
- Apply creative thinking and stay updated with current design trends in real estate.
