Architect

We are a luxury design and build firm delivering end-to-end architectural and design solutions across residential and commercial projects, from concept and massing to detailed drawings and on-site execution.

We are looking for a qualified Architect who can independently handle complete architectural design packages, contribute meaningfully to design decisions, and actively participate in site coordination to ensure design intent is executed with precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare complete architectural drawing sets, including:

1. Site analysis and project understanding

2. Concept design and massing studies

3. Floor plans, sections, elevations, and circulation planning

4. Working drawings and execution drawings

• Coordinate architectural drawings with structure, services, and site requirements

• Work closely with the design and execution teams to maintain design integrity

• Participate in design reviews and refinement discussions

• Actively engage in site visits (as required) and coordination meetings

• Review site conditions/updates and align drawings accordingly, also provide architectural inputs and clarifications as required.

• Resolve on-site design challenges while preserving design intent

• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, bylaws, and project constraints

• Contribute to improving drawing standards and workflows within the firm
