Job Description: Architect (2-4 Years Experience)

Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect with 2-4 years of experience to lead interior projects from conceptualization to execution. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between architectural design and functional interior aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Development: Create comprehensive interior design concepts, including all layout plans including but not limited to floor plans, MEP plans,  furniture layouts etc..
• Technical Drawing: Produce detailed working drawings, GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, and construction documentation.
• Material Selection: Source and select materials, fixtures, finishes, and lighting, preparing mood boards and material palettes.
• Site Supervision: Conduct site visits, coordinate with project managers, contractors and vendors, and ensure quality control during construction.
• Client Management: Assist in client meetings, present design concepts, and manage expectations regarding timelines and budgets.

Requirements & Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience, specifically in interior design projects (residential, commercial, or hospitality).
• Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of AutoCAD. Adobe Photoshop and Sketchup knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction techniques, building materials, and interior detailing.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
