Role Description

Experienced Architect (Minimum 3-6 years of experience)

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Senior Architect. The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading architectural projects from concept to completion, including design development, construction documentation, and integration of innovative architectural solutions. The role involves collaborating with clients, managing project timelines, coordinating with contractors and consultants, and ensuring the quality and compliance of all project deliverables.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to create innovative, functional, and sustainable spaces.
• Strong command of Software Development and Integration relevant to architectural workflows and tools such as AutoCAD, 3D design, and other design software.
• Proven expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, and coordination with multiple stakeholders for timely and successful project delivery.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to guide teams and collaborate effectively with clients and contractors.
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; professional accreditation is a plus.
• Experience in designing for commercial, residential, or hospitality projects is highly desirable.
