Title: Junior Architect – Luxury Residential Projects

Location: Delhi

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in luxury residential projects, apartments, and villas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed working drawings in AutoCAD (core responsibility)
• Assist in concept development and 3D visualization
• Create models and presentations using SketchUp and rendering tools
• Conduct site visits to understand execution challenges and detailing
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and project teams
• Support client meetings and discussions when required
• Contribute to material selection, detailing, and project coordination

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• 1-3 years of professional experience
• Experience in luxury residential projects, apartments, and villas

Strong proficiency in:

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Photoshop
• MS Office

Preferred:

• Understanding of materials, detailing, and on-site execution
• Practical approach to design and problem-solving
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Bonus Skills:

Experience with any of the following will be an added advantage:

• V-Ray
• D5 Render
• 3ds Max
• Revit
