Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in New Delhi.
The Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and detailing architectural designs for residential, commercial, and turnkey projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, budgets, and regulatory norms.
Daily responsibilities include preparing drawings and 3D models, coordinating with structural, MEP, and interior teams, and reviewing designs to ensure feasibility and compliance with building codes.
The role involves conducting site visits to monitor progress, address design-related issues, and ensure that execution aligns with approved plans and quality standards.
The Architect will collaborate closely with project management, contractors, and vendors, support material selection, and participate in client meetings and presentations to refine design solutions and timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate client requirements into practical, compliant, and aesthetically sound solutions.
• Experience in Project Management, including planning, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and monitoring project progress against quality, cost, and time objectives.
• Familiarity with Integration of architectural workstreams with structural, MEP, interior, and exterior disciplines to ensure cohesive project delivery.
• Basic understanding of Software Development concepts or digital tools integration as it relates to architectural workflows (e.g., BIM, design automation, or collaboration platforms) is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), along with strong visualization and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent from a recognized institution; professional licensure or registration is preferred.
• Knowledge of local building codes, bylaws, and construction practices in Delhi NCR, with experience in both residential and commercial projects considered a plus.
• Effective communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site in a fast-paced project environment.
• Total Experience should be 5+ years.
