Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience to join our team at Ambience Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects, ensuring they meet high standards of quality, functionality, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs, layouts, and detailed drawings for residential/commercial projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Conduct site visits and supervise construction progress to ensure design accuracy.
- Prepare project reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Manage timelines and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Provide innovative design solutions aligned with client requirements and company standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and execution.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and materials.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Compensation:
Salary will be based on the candidate's last drawn CTC and performance in the interview.
Working Hours:
10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (6 days working, 2nd Saturday off).
