Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Landscape Architect role based in Noida. The Landscape Architect will be responsible for developing concept designs, detailed landscape plans, and planting schemes for residential, commercial, and public spaces. Day-to-day work includes site analysis, preparing design drawings and presentations, coordinating with architects, engineers, and consultants, and supporting project documentation from concept through execution. The role involves regular client interactions, design reviews, and site visits to ensure that design intent is maintained during implementation. The Landscape Architect will also contribute to design research, material selection, sustainability strategies, and continuous refinement of design standards within the studio.
Qualifications
- Experience of 2-5years in working on landscape projects.
- Strong skills in Landscape Planning and Landscaping for a variety of project types and scales.
- Proficiency in Landscape Design and Landscape Architecture, including concept development and detailed design.
- Experience preparing accurate, context-sensitive Planting Plans and plant palettes suited to local conditions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a closely related field.
- Proficiency in design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
- Understanding of sustainable design principles, site grading, drainage, hardscape detailing, and material specifications.
- Strong visual communication skills, including hand sketching, diagrams, and presentation development.
- Ability to collaborate in an interdisciplinary team, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Prior experience with on-site coordination, contractors, and construction details is an advantage.
