Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years experience
- Experience in large scale hospitality interior projects
- Hands on knowledge of municipal regulations and approval processes (eg fire safety, accessibility, zoning)
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit.
Key Responsibilities:
- The understanding of the Client's brief and creation of the design concept.
- Making of timelines and PERT chart for the projects.
- Development of the technical architectural drawings based on the approved designs.
- Development of the technical MEP and services drawings based on the approved designs.
- Gathering and selecting materials details and samples for the Designs.
- Development of furniture and fixture detailed drawings.
- Checking and approval of the machine drawings from the Fixture vendors.
- Development of the Bill of Quantities, Cost proposals for the civil work and fixture order list for projects.
- Site visit to check the site before commencement of the on-site work for any challenges that might come during the construction and finding solutions for them.
- Site visits to ensure the correct execution of the architectural and MEP drawings on the site during the construction.
- Coordination with internal team, vendors, consultants, graphics teams, VM teams, client and client's project, VM and management teams, involved in the projects.
- Taking decisions on and off the site in discussion with the project lead for the smooth completion of the projects from the concept stage to the execution stage.
- Preparing site report, SDR report for the site and checking the measurements as per the design execution and informing the differences.
- Guiding, motivating the team and managing their tasks and deliverables, as per the requirement.
- Keeping the office environment friendly and good for work.
