Interior Designer / Architect

Role Overview : We are hiring Interior Designers / Architects across Senior, Mid-level and Junior roles to work on high-end luxury residential projects. The role involves contributing to design development, technical documentation and on-site execution, with responsibility aligned to experience.

Key Responsibilities (common across levels)

• Develop and support design for luxury residential projects, villas and private estates
• Drive spatial planning, architectural and interior detailing
• Prepare and coordinate working drawings and documentation
• Coordinate with structural, MEP consultants, vendors and site teams
• Ensure design intent, detailing quality and technical accuracy during execution
• Support site reviews and resolve design-related queries

Role-wise Responsibility Level

• Senior: Lead projects end-to-end, manage consultants and teams, drive client coordination and execution quality
• Mid-level: Independently manage defined packages, drawings, coordination and site support
• Junior: Support design development, documentation, material research and site coordination

Ideal Profile

• Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
• Exposure to luxury residential or high-quality interior projects (preferred)
• Good understanding of drawings, detailing and coordination
• Strong communication and execution mindset
