Job Title: Architect (Design+ Experience)

Location: Navi Mumbai

Experience: 24 years (Design & Execution)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Architect with 2+ years of professional experience in architectural design and site execution, preferably having worked on healthcare projects such as clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centres, or medical facilities. The role requires a balance of strong design thinking and practical on-site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Documentation

Prepare concept designs, schematic layouts, and detailed drawings

Develop working drawings, GFCs, and execution-level details

Incorporate healthcare-specific planning requirements such as zoning, circulation, hygiene, and ergonomics

Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, HVAC, medical gas, vendors)

Assist in material and finish selection

Site Execution & Coordination

Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality and adherence to drawings

Coordinate with contractors and vendors for smooth execution

Ensure compliance with design intent, specifications, and timelines

Resolve on-site technical and design-related challenges

Review measurements, BOQs, and material usage

Project Coordination

Support project timelines, approvals, and documentation

Participate in client and consultant meetings

Manage drawing revisions and site updates

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture

Minimum 2 years of professional experience

Prior experience in healthcare projects is strongly preferred

Strong knowledge of construction methods and detailing

Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); SketchUp, Lumion/ Enscape, Adobe Suite preferred

Understanding of healthcare planning norms, infection control considerations, and services coordination is an advantage

Good communication and coordination skills
