Interior Architect

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Interior Architect to join our innovative team. You will be responsible for contributing to a variety of exciting projects, utilizing your strong proficiency in architectural software and your solid understanding of building codes and construction methods. This role requires excellent communication and teamwork skills to perform well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Contribute to a variety of innovative architectural projects.
• Utilize expertise in architectural software to create designs and models.
• Apply a solid understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods.
• Collaborate effectively with a fast-paced and collaborative team.
• Perform well in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, and contribute to all project phases.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in Commercial Buildings, Building rules and regulations, Construction, and Liaison Architect roles.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
• LEED AP or WELL AP certification is a plus.
• Experience with 3D modeling and visualization tools (e.g., Rhino, V-Ray) is a plus.
• Familiarity with sustainable design principles and practices is a plus.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
