Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Architect with extensive experience in designing and delivering commercial buildings with RCC structures. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end project design, ensure compliance with building codes, and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and sustainable projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptual & Detailed Design: Develop innovative architectural concepts and convert them into detailed drawings for RCC-based commercial structures.
- Structural Coordination: Collaborate closely with structural engineers and various other teams to integrate RCC structural systems with architectural design seamlessly.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to local building codes, NBC, zoning regulations, fire safety norms, and green building guidelines.
- Project Management : Manage complete architectural design lifecycle from feasibility studies, concept development, and statutory approvals to construction documentation.
- Vendor & Contractor Interface: Work with MEP, faade, and RCC contractors to resolve site issues, monitor progress, and maintain design intent.
- Value Engineering: Optimize materials, layouts, and systems to achieve cost efficiency without compromising design quality.
- Technology Utilization: Use advanced design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM) for precision and efficiency in project delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Gather requirements and provide design solutions.
Requisites:
- B.Arch. is a must with minimum 2 years of experience
- Preferred candidate with any additional certifications like Project Management / Green Building (IGBC, LEED), GFC etc.
- Strong expertise in commercial building design and RCC structural coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, BIM tools, and MS Office.
- Strong project management, documentation, and multi-disciplinary coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
