Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Architect role located in Chennai. The Architect will be responsible for designing and developing architectural plans, creating innovative design solutions, and ensuring their integration into practical applications. The role requires collaboration with clients, project teams, and contractors to oversee and manage architectural projects from conception to completion, maintaining design quality and adherence to project specifications.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong creative and technical foundation
- Experience with Software Development and Integration related to architectural and planning processes
- Strong skills in Project Management and overseeing project lifecycles
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a relevant field
- Proficiency in architectural software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices
