About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Architect (4–6years experience) who can take ownership of projects from design development to execution, while coordinating closely with the Principal Architect and internal teams.
This is not a pure design or drafting role — it's a lead position for someone who wants real responsibility, site exposure, and team handling.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage 5–8 member internal team (architects, draftsmen, visualizers)
- Develop and refine design concepts into working drawings
- Coordinate with Principal Architect on design direction and decisions
- Handle client interactions and updates when required
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure design intent is executed correctly
- Manage inter-team coordination (design, execution, vendors)
- Review drawings, BOQs, and ensure accuracy and timelines
- Take ownership of project delivery and quality
What We're Looking For- 6–8 years of experience in architecture (residential/interiors preferred)
- Strong in working drawings + practical execution knowledge
- Experience in team handling or mentoring juniors
- Comfortable with site coordination and problem-solving
- Good communication skills (client + internal coordination)
- Software: AutoCAD (must), SketchUp / Revit (preferred)
