About the Role:

Design Factory India is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Architect to support both site coordination and office-based architectural work. The role involves close coordination with internal teams, consultants, and site staff to ensure smooth execution of projects from design development to on-site implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support architectural design development, drawings, and documentation at the office.
  • Prepare and review working drawings, BOQs, and design details.
  • Coordinate with project managers, consultants, vendors, and contractors.
  • Visit project sites for supervision, measurements, and progress monitoring.
  • Ensure drawings are implemented correctly at site as per design intent.
  • Resolve site-related design and execution issues in coordination with the team.
  • Assist in material selection, specifications, and approvals.
  • Maintain project records, reports, and coordination logs.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
  • 14 years of relevant experience in architectural projects (site + office).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other design tools is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of construction drawings and site execution.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
