This is a full-time, on-site Architect role located in Delhi, India. The Architect will be responsible for designing and developing architectural concepts, creating detailed plans, and overseeing project execution. Key responsibilities include collaborating with clients and stakeholders, ensuring structural integrity, integrating innovative solutions, and managing project timelines and budgets. The role involves close coordination with interdisciplinary teams and adherence to local building codes and sustainability standards.

• Proficiency in Architectural Design and planning, with a strong portfolio showcasing design capabilities.
• Experience in Architecture and Integration of design concepts into functional and aesthetically pleasing solutions.
• Familiarity with Software Development tools and architecture-related applications (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• Strong Project Management skills, including the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and team collaboration.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Licensure and proficiency with local building codes and regulations are highly desirable.
