Role Description

This is a full-time, Architect role located in Bangalore and Chennai. The Architect will be responsible for leading architectural design projects, overseeing project management activities, and ensuring that designs align with client requirements and industry standards. The role also involves integrating technical and aesthetic elements, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining adherence to quality and sustainability standards. The Architect will regularly coordinate with stakeholders and contribute to the innovation of functional and inspiring spaces.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong understanding of Creative and Innovative and sustainable design principles.
• Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with Corporate/Workspace interiors and Commercial Projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to handle stakeholder effectively.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Understanding of local building codes and regulations is beneficial.
