Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Chennai. The Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing architectural designs, overseeing projects from concept to completion, and ensuring quality integration of design elements. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project schedules, collaborating with team members, and utilizing architectural software for design execution. The candidate will work closely with clients and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Skills in Architecture, Architectural Design, and experience in implementing innovative and functional design solutions.
• Proficiency in Project Management, with the ability to oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables efficiently.
• Experience in Integration and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless execution of design projects.
• Familiarity with architectural software development tools and platforms for rendering and designing.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on attention to detail.
• Professional degree in Architecture or a closely related field; licensure or certification is a plus.
• Prior experience in designing commercial, residential, or institutional projects will be considered an advantage.
