Job Summary: Augment Simulation India is seeking a dynamic and experienced On-Site Architect to manage and supervise architectural execution for our upcoming projects, including simulation centers, healthcare training facilities, educational infrastructure, and commercial spaces. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth site operations, design accuracy, quality execution, and timely completion of projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure execution as per approved architectural drawings and project specifications.
- Coordinate with civil contractors, MEP consultants, vendors, and internal project teams.
- Monitor construction quality, finishing standards, and adherence to timelines.
- Resolve site-related technical and design issues promptly.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.
- Review material selections, finishes, and samples as per project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations, safety standards, and statutory norms.
- Manage project documentation including drawings, approvals, revisions, and reports.
- Participate in project planning meetings and provide regular updates to management.
- Prepare CAD drawings, technical layouts, space planning concepts, and design modifications as required.
- Support in developing modern, efficient, and functional spaces aligned with Augment Simulation India's vision.
Additional Competencies:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 0–2 years of experience in site architecture, project execution, or construction management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
- High proficiency in AutoCAD, CAD drafting, designing, layout planning, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office.
- Strong understanding of space utilization, interior layouts, and functional planning.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel and manage multiple project sites if required.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in healthcare, institutional, simulation labs, hospitals, or educational infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of interior execution and turnkey project management.
