We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect with 23 years of professional experience to join our team in Kakkanad, Kochi. The ideal candidate should be passionate about design, technically strong, and capable of handling projects from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs, concepts, and working drawings
- Prepare detailed drawings, 3D views, and presentations
- Create high-quality 3D visualizations and walkthroughs using Lumion
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Assist in project planning, execution, and site supervision
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations
- Manage timelines and deliverables for assigned projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- 23 years of relevant professional experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion
- Good knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and detailing
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
