Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Kochi. The Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing architectural and interior design projects. The role includes collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, integrating technical and design elements, managing project timelines, and ensuring design consistency across all stages of development. Additionally, the candidate will contribute to project management efforts and align designs with sustainability principles and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, including the ability to conceptualize and execute creative and functional designs.
• 3+ years of experience working in an architecture firm.
• Strong Project Management skills, with an ability to manage timelines, budgets, and multidisciplinary collaborations effectively.
• Experience in Integration and Software Development tools that support design and project execution.
• Solid understanding of sustainability practices and their application within architectural design projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Familiarity with design software and tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or other industry-standard tools is preferred.
