Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect at Ar. Rishabh Jain and Associates, located in Delhi, India. The Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing architectural projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and the firm's design philosophy. Key responsibilities include project planning, technical drawing creation, coordination with clients and consultants, integration of design principles, and overseeing project execution to maintain quality and timelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong ability to conceptualize and execute innovative concepts.
• Experience in Project Management, including planning, team coordination, and adherence to schedules and quality standards.
• Understanding of Software Development and Integration as applicable to architectural design tools and processes.
• Proficiency in industry-standard architecture and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Previous experience in luxury real estate design or similar projects is an advantage.
