Title: Junior Architect – Luxury Residential Projects
Location: Delhi
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in luxury residential projects, apartments, and villas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed working drawings in AutoCAD (core responsibility)
- Assist in concept development and 3D visualization
- Create models and presentations using SketchUp and rendering tools
- Conduct site visits to understand execution challenges and detailing
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and project teams
- Support client meetings and discussions when required
- Contribute to material selection, detailing, and project coordination
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- 1-3 years of professional experience
- Experience in luxury residential projects, apartments, and villas
Strong proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Photoshop
- MS Office
Preferred:
- Understanding of materials, detailing, and on-site execution
- Practical approach to design and problem-solving
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Bonus Skills:
Experience with any of the following will be an added advantage:
- V-Ray
- D5 Render
- 3ds Max
- Revit
