BIM Architect

Studio Fountainhead, founded in 1991 by Sushree Mathur and later joined by Rajat Kumar Mathur in 1999, is a prominent leader in Architecture and Urban Design in India. Renowned for its impactful projects, the studio has contributed to key infrastructure such as the busy Delhi Metro Magenta Line stations, prototype underground MRTS stations, and infrastructure projects at Jawaharlal Nehru University. Their portfolio also includes designing and detailing group housing projects, including one in Bathinda for Puda. The studio is distinguished for its innovation and excellence in architectural solutions.

Studio Fountainhead is seeking a motivated and skilled BIM Architect for a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. Responsibilities include creating and managing building information models (BIM), developing architectural designs and detailed drawings, preparing construction and submittal documents, and collaborating with project teams to ensure successful project execution. The role requires adherence to project specifications and timelines while maintaining high standards of quality in design and execution.

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Drawings
• Expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and software
• Experience in producing accurate Construction Drawings and Submittals
• Strong understanding of project coordination and built environment practices
• Excellent design and technical skills with attention to detail
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Previous experience in urban design or infrastructure projects is a plus
