Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• 0-5 years of experience in architectural design or internship experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, D5 Render, Enscape, Lumion, and other design visualization tools, M.S. Word suit, Adobe Suite.
• Basic knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction practices.
• Strong drafting, design skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Job Description

1.Design Support & Drafting:

• Oversee the full architectural design process, from plan. concept design to completion, ensuring quality and compliance. Produce and review detailed drawings.

2.Project Documentation:

• Under the guidance of Senior Architects, preparing detailed working drawings, plans, and technical details adhering to project standards and respective DCR.
• Assist in producing construction documents and preparing site report
• Formatting and Printing of drawing sheets.

3.Project Coordination & Collaboration:

• Collaborate and coordinate with internal architectural team and external consultants (MEP, Structural etc.) to align on design intent and project goals. Coordinate for timely completion of planned activities.

5.Site Support: Conduct periodic site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.

6.Coordinating for Events, Lectures, Seminars, Vendor Presentations etc

7.Continuous Learning & Development: Stay updated on architectural trends, building codes, and software advancements.
