Role Overview
The Creative Visualizer will play a pivotal role in transforming concepts and narratives into compelling visual experiences. This role requires a strong architectural foundation, deep visualization expertise, and the ability to create immersive design narratives aligned with Altrview's public experience and edutainment projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality 3D visualizations, walkthroughs, and realistic renders for large-scale public experience projects including museums, theme parks, and government infrastructure initiatives.
- Translate architectural drawings, concepts, and storyboards into immersive visual designs aligned with project intent.
- Collaborate closely with architects, concept designers, content teams, and technology partners to ensure design coherence.
- Create concept visuals, mood boards, spatial narratives, and experience-driven designs for proposals and tenders.
- Support government tender submissions and client presentations with impactful visual storytelling.
- Ensure visual designs adhere to technical feasibility, architectural standards, and project constraints.
- Review and guide junior visualizers and external vendors to maintain quality and consistency.
- Stay updated with global trends in experiential design, museum design, edutainment, and immersive technologies.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong architectural visualization skills with hands-on experience in large-scale public or government projects.
- Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, Unreal Engine, V-Ray, Photoshop, Illustrator (or equivalent tools).
- Deep understanding of spatial design, materials, lighting, scale, and human experience.
- Experience in museum design, interpretation centers, theme parks, or experiential architecture is highly preferred.
- Ability to visualize concepts from early ideation to final execution stages.
- Strong presentation and communication skills for internal and client-facing discussions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) Mandatory
- 10+ years of relevant experience in architectural visualization, experiential design, or large-scale public projects.
