We are looking for a creative, motivated, Architect to work on Iconic Projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong design skills, proficiency in architectural software, and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment.

Prepare architectural drawings and presentations.

Participate in client meetings and translate requirements into design concepts.

Collaborate with senior architects, engineers, and consultants on design and documentation.

Conduct site visits and prepare reports for ongoing projects.

Prepare working drawings and construction documents in compliance with local building codes and standards.

Help coordinate drawings across different disciplines (structural, MEP, interiors).

Maintain accurate project records and drawing sets.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent).

5 to 10 years of experience in architectural design or practice (internships included).

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Good understanding of architectural design principles, space planning, and building materials.

Basic knowledge of local building codes and construction methods.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to manage time and handle multiple projects under supervision.

Familiarity with sustainable design practices and green building standards.
