Agrasheel Infratech is hiring an experienced Architect to join our real estate development team in Gomtinagar, Lucknow and work on high-quality residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, GFC, and detailed working drawings
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and landscape consultants
- Ensure compliance with local bye-laws, fire norms, and statutory approvals
- Assist with authority submissions and client presentations
- Coordinate with project and site execution teams to maintain design intent
- Conduct site visits and resolve design and execution-related issues
- Review shop drawings, material samples, and mock-ups
- Manage design revisions and value engineering
Skills & Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institute
- 68 years of relevant experience with real estate developers or reputed architectural firms
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); Revit/BIM knowledge preferred
- Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and finishes
- Knowledge of building regulations and approval processes
- Good communication and coordination skills
