Skyline Architectural Consultant is a reputed architecture and design firm delivering innovative, functional, and sustainable solutions across residential, commercial, and institutional projects. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Architect to lead projects and guide design teams in creating impactful architectural solutions.

As a Senior Architect, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of architectural projectsfrom concept to execution. You will be responsible for leading design development, coordinating with clients and consultants, and ensuring project quality and timelines.

• Lead design development and oversee the preparation of drawings, 3D models, and presentations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and translate them into design solutions.
• Manage and guide junior architects, designers, and project teams.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure seamless project integration.
• Review designs for functionality, aesthetics, sustainability, and compliance with codes/regulations.
• Conduct site visits to monitor execution and resolve on-site design issues.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and quality standards.
• Keep up with architectural trends, new materials, and emerging technologies.

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 812 years of professional experience in architecture (preferably in residential, commercial, or institutional projects).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Strong design sensibility with a portfolio demonstrating executed projects.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and client-handling skills.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under deadlines.
