Hiring | Architect Corporate Office Projects
Accuspace is seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team and contribute to the design and development in commercial real estate. The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed.
Responsibilities
- Create plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project
- Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards
- Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process
- Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets
- Develop and execute architectural designs for in accordance with project requirements, building codes, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure seamless integration and successful project delivery.
- Manage the design process, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, advancements in technology, and building regulations
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation for construction and permitting.
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to inform design decisions.
- Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and sustainability principles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture
- 3+ years of experience in construction and architecture
- Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
- Project Management
- Building Codes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
